Bracken Cottage
An upside down character cottage, sleeping 2 to 5 people in 2 downstairs bedrooms, comprising one double (king size bed) and one room with 3 single beds. The bath and shower room is also downstairs. Upstairs, under the exposed beams, is the spacious living/dining room / kitchen area with a wood burning stove. Steps up to the front door and an additional door to the courtyard from downstairs. There is a shared, separate garden seating area looking down to the river. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. See the Cottages page for site plan.
This self catering holiday cottage is well equipped. All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, toilet rolls, satellite smart TV (including On Demand TV: BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, Demand 5, etc.), DVD, free Wi-Fi, etc. are provided. The bed is made up for your arrival. The kitchen has an electric hob plus oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a cafetiere, and pretty much everything you should need. There is full central heating from our eco-friendly bio-mass boiler. If there are only two of you and you want more space and facilities then take a look at our larger cottages. Enjoy the open space and tranquillity of our small farm and our animals here in the centre of Exmoor National Park.
