Fern Cottage

This lovely cottage is all on one level. It sleeps 2 to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, comprising a double and a twin. There is a living/dining room with a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. As well as the front door from the courtyard, there is a door which opens to the private, fenced garden looking down to the river. Being all on one level, Fern Cottage has no steps and parking is available outside the door – Fern is therefore suitable for the partially mobile but is not specifically equipped for disabled guests. This self catering holiday cottage is well equipped. All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, toilet rolls, satellite smart TV (including On Demand TV: BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, Demand 5, etc.), DVD, free Wi-Fi, etc. are provided. The beds are made up for your arrival. The kitchen has an electric hob plus oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a cafetiere, and pretty much everything you should need. The cottage is fully central heated from our eco-friendly bio-mass boiler. Logs for the fire are free. A cot is available, plus a high chair (but please note that if you already have 4 people using the beds, Fern Cottage doesn’t have much room for a cot – please talk with us about this). Enjoy the open space and tranquillity of our small farm and our animals here in the centre of Exmoor National Park.
